Dependable Tenants
All our tenants undergo a comprehensive credit and reference checking process by a national accredited reference company, to minimise the risk of unsuitability.
A minimum deposit of four weeks rent is held on each property to cover any damages found at the end of the tenancy. As required by current legislation, a full inventory is prepared by an independent trained inventory clerk.
Rent is paid monthly by tenants and is quickly forwarded by electronic bank transfer upon cleared funds along with a detailed monthly report.
